Wedding Day Coordinator
Your coordinator will start working with you well before your wedding day to get to know you as a couple and your wedding vision. Your coordinator is on site with you at the rehearsal ceremony, wedding ceremony and reception to implement your wedding day schedule of events. You will have the peace of mind that our experience brings. Your coordinator will problem solve any day of issues, collaborate and assist the officiant at the rehearsal ceremony, implement your wedding day timeline, collaborate with your caterer, bartending staff, DJ, photographer, officiant, venue staff and other day of services. This is truly the best gift you can give yourself to make your day run smoothly in the hands of a wedding professional!
Wedding Day ~ Setting Up Your Event
Event day set up allows you to focus on yourself and your wedding party on your big day. It is the second best gift you can give yourself (the first being a wedding day coordinator)! Our goal is to make your day stress and worry free by taking care of your set up needs. Our staff can set up the reception site including ; setting up all décor/props, flowers, gift table, cake table, guest book, signs, table assignment display, memory table, head table or sweetheart table, photos, napkins, linens, chair covers, center piece, table numbers, outside area props, cocktail area decor, bridal suite decor, bathrooms props, parking lot signs, sparkle send off, and reception site tables & chairs.
Wedding Day ~ Breaking Down Your Event
Let us do the hard labor for you! At the end of your event, you do not want to be folding and stacking chairs and lifting tables. We can break down the reception site by removing linens/ napkins/chair covers, packing up all décor/props for vendor or client, making sure rented dishware/glassware/silverware are ready for vendor (does not include rinsing), ready gifts for designated person, break down reception site tables & chairs.
